LGC Awards Finalist 2021!
We are delighted to announce that the project that brought Hospital to Home (H2H) to life is a shortlisted finalist for the LGC Awards 2021!
North Lincolnshire Council with CC2i are the named finalists in the Health and Social Care category and we are looking forward to presenting the project to the judging panel in September.
LGC editor Nick Golding said: “The past year of Covid response has stretched councils and their staff to the limit, and yet still local government has innovated and provided the leadership places have so desperately needed during the pandemic.
“The LGC Awards are about recognising the most exceptional local government talent – and in this year, of all years, we can really say that those shortlisted have put in a truly heroic performance..”
The five councils who came together to bring H2H to life – North Lincolnshire, Sutton, Herefordshire Council, Birmingham City Council and Southend on Sea along with the technical partner Maldaba and facilitated by CC2i, demonstrate that commitment to being leaders in innovation and developing game changing solutions for the benefit of people in society.
The winners will be announced 4th November – fingers crossed!
